Lucenia loves music and possesses a heart and a determination beyond her years. She’s happy to watch most any cartoon and enjoys rolling a ball and playing with toys that have lights and music.
Although it’s true that she will need a family who can meet her exceptional needs, Lucenia will undoubtedly bring exceptional joy to whoever chooses to open their hearts to this beautiful young child.
